CMS implentation of actual webiste DRUPAL or TYPO3

Hi, We actually run a website using MySQL, PHP, and OScommerce. We don’t have a Content Management System (CMS). The project is to integrate a CMS to actual website and ease our job modify the website. We are looking for: • A solution that will ease change/modification/add/remove of pages/text/pictures/content,etc • A solution that will optimize SEO rating • A look and fell no less than actual website. • You will have to provide a state of the art solution CMS. Explain your CMS provider choice. Clearly state why you are selecting a CMS provider and why it is the best choice. • You will have to integrate your solution in less than 6 weeks. • You will deliver a finish product for all pages of our website. • We will provide all pictures and texts • Website is actually in multi-lingual • We will prefer a open-source CMS Website is [login to view URL] Our selection will be based on: • Your CMS selection and explanation • Your experience and rating NB: WE WILL RESTRAIN TO THE CMS to TYPO3 OR DRUPAL 4.7 ONLY.
