we need a website in which our customer can register and build in a few clicks their own website with a simple step by step procedure. Each customer website is up and running at the end of the procedure. Each site created in this way have a cms system reserved for the registered customer. With cms the customer can insert, modify and delete (manage, from here onward) the website: - menu - submenu - content; each menu row has only one content associated - graphics; the cms user must be able to change the graphic on the fly from a list of differet graphics. The editor used could be one of the many full-featured rich tex editor available. - footer; this is just one or more lines of text (or html) always visible at the bottom of the site At the end of the selection process the user can registrate and pay for the just built site. The user can also request the registration of a domain. The selected domain is cheched and the request is sent by mail. The system must be extensible; it must be possible to implement new sections using modules. Third party developers must be able to develop a new modules; the module will be integrated with minimum effort into cms (in theory, just copying the files in the modules folder). Once a module is integrated in the cms can be made available to all sites. It also must be possible to design new graphics (for us or third party), to integrate them into cms with minimum effort and made available to the sites ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform the site must be accessible using both windows and macintosh operating systems
