CSS2 Front-end development

Hello coders, We are looking for someone to help us with CSS2 front-end coding for our project. No backend development is required. We will provide the winning bidder images of the pages to be built. The winning coder will convert these pages into NO-TABLE CSS2 designs. For this project we anticipate 100 pages that we feel will require 2 hours per page to implement so please bid accordingly. We will provide required images, all that the coder is to do is assemble the page.
