I have a day trading website which I would like to add a subscription based chat room. The chatroom would allow a two week trial period. I currently host on [url removed, login to view] with NT servers. I'm familiar with the chatroom at [url removed, login to view] and would like to model this one. Though I am open to other ideas and designs. The designer should be able to complete the entire job from start to finish.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
