## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Please note the following information has been provided to other bidders in a particular format.

1) Multiple Language Versions

The multiple Language Versions does not include the admin panel. The administrator only requires English as a medium to communicate. For language independency, if you do not have the translations for the various languages, please state this in the bid and we can provide the translations to you during the work. It is possible for us to outsource translation work after the first version of website is developed.

2) Multiple Language Content Page

In order to attract more customers from different countries, the presentation of information of the website should change according to that country's culture. The presentation should localize the website into that country and boost customers' confidence in purchasing our products. S till, the content and site structire should be fairly similar for each country.

The website should trace the origion of the users and thus display the suitable language webpage automatically.

After the completion of the initial design, the content should able to be updated by one of our non-technical people

3) Payment

Since the users have to purchase credits stated in their currencies in advance and use the credits as means of payment within the DigPhoto website, we would like to quote all monies in the currency of the country where the web site is viewed. The web site should detect where the viewer is viewing from and automatically present the correct currency for that person. All purchases will be translated into euros or dollars for deposit into a euro or dollar account.

4) Watermarking

We have not decided on the tools to do watermarking. We would like to have the best tool in assisting the verification process of the photogra phs. Since there can be great amount of pictures waiting for verification, the use of software which can speed up the verification process is important to us. Please mention whatever you think is best process and price.

5) Site Monitorint Stats

We would like to gather statistical information generated from the website. The statistics should then use to produce reports such as the Photographer Report, the Revenue Report, Special Offer Report, Purchase Report, Admin Report, Site Usage Report. For all the numerical statistical values, each of the outcomes should be based in several time units- Day/Week/Month. Ths outcome values should show the number, as well as the average number in repect to the same time unit. Also, wherever possible the percentage values should be taken, as well as its percentage average equivalent with repect to the same time units ( #,#avg, %, %avg). I would gernerally assume more metrics than not. We like to know where we are in the business.

6) Security

Since large amount of photos are assumed to be uploaded and downloaded each day,the level of security of the photo is of vital importance to us. An image with bugs will damage our brand and cause customer dissatisfaction.

7) Ownership

8) Week late

It would seem unfair if you just missed the deadline and lost the whole payment for the project. All other things being right I could see the possibility of paying you if there is no serious/material business impact for us.
