Complete PHP tasks on Web 2.0 ecommerce site

Hello, I have been working on an ecommerce site for university students in the USA. We will sell food items to them. The concept is very simple, however we use AJAX as well as focus on the user experience of the site. We have been working with 2 firms in India and they have been bad communicators and do not always understand what we want the site to do. THey do not work unless we really push them hard. We are looking for very smart coders who can solve problems on their own. We like to write small stories for how the user will use the site, and then expect the coders to translate that into the technical world. The site is nearly done. however there are many details which need to be completed before we can go live. There is also a custom backend which allows other universitys to manage their school's uSnacks operation. THis would be an ongoing relationship because we hope to expand the site every few weeks.
