Conversion Of Vbulletion Ushop

I need a Fully Functional Mod for my Ipb Board. The project is to completely modify/convert the Vbulletion Ushop and U cash along with any related 'U' series Modification which for any reason i have failed to mention here. It should be able to integrate and Work Fully into ipb board. I need complete and all the functions of Ushop, U cash and all its related items to work perfectally with Invision Power Board. Also they must be open to De bug the modification code and make it functional properly in case after installation any problem ocurrs. Lastly it should be able to work on current release of IPB 2.1.6 and also on any future IPB Updates (next version of IPb - 2.2 may be released anytime by IPS). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under Indian Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
