We need several modules created for the DotNetNuke ([[url removed, login to view]][1])
framework that will expand its functionality to meet our business requirements.
Please see the attached files for full details on the DotNetNuke modules we need.
The application will have three main areas of which users will have access.
1) Owners: Each owner will have access to all records below their
level as long as they are in their tree.
2) Managers: Each manager will be created by an Owner and belong
to that owners tree of responsibility. The Manager will have the
ability to create “Groups?? and “Members??, and then place Members in the Group.
3) Members: Members can update their own information as well
as perform tasks specifically created for them.
Owners and Managers will also have a calendar that they are able to
update with relevant information. Calendars for each “Group?? will
also be required, and would be maintained by Managers.
Owners must be able to create/edit/delete all areas below them and
must have the ability to have unlimited Managers.
Managers must be able to create/edit/delete all areas below them
including “groups?? and individual Members.
Members must be able to edit their information and any other information
allowed to them.
Protection against accidental deletion should be included, by only
allowing the “super user??, who created the owner to do a “final?? delete.
Our DotNetNuke is running on MS SQL Server 2000, thus the modules should also run on that. They can be built using the built in SQL provider method that DotNetNuke uses, but we would prefer if the data
access was written using the ORMapper from [[url removed, login to view]][2] or
<[url removed, login to view]> .
We expect the modules to be written in C#. See an example of setting up your project at [[url removed, login to view]][3].
The modules will need to be self contained and installable as
“custom modules?? under the standard DotNetNuke module upload process.
Upon acceptance we will also provide a document on specific fields that need to be on each form/page of the modules.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Deliverables will be all modules packaged as private assemblies that can be uploaded to a DotNetNuke site, and all source code (in C#) for the modules.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
