Customization of Professional Networking Site

We are creating a professional networking site that will be part of a much larger portal. Due to confidentiality reasons, that is all we can discuss on this bid request. The project is to prototype for a larger scale endeavor. We currently utilize DZOIC handshakes. We have the site working but need customization of the following: 1) Layout of features on the home page, forums, personal and business profiles page and 7 other areas of the major areas 2) Creation of NEW (not seen on other website) graphics to be used on buttons, headers, footers, etc. 3) Global elimination of several phrases that DZOIC utilizes throughout the website 4) Deletion of some functionality from the standard DZOIC implementation Only vendors with successful experience in this type implementation should apply. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
