Data feeds from suppliers need to be imported into MySQL database used as back end for osCommerce.
For one supplier 4 files make the complete set of imports required:
1) [login to view URL] - CSV file contains product names, prices, categories
2) [login to view URL] - TAB separated file contains detailed product descriptions and warranty information
3) [login to view URL] - TAB separated file contains categories
4) [login to view URL] - TAB separated file contain vendors
Utility must handle/include:
1) command-line parameters including filenames and scheduling, configurable through admin area of osCommerce.
2) documentation for loading into admin area of osCommerce
3) An unlimited number of products.
4) Logs of data imported/not imported - items not imported logged to a separate file in a ready to import format.
5) Ability to specify characters to be ignored during the import (e.g. ignore " etc. during import)
[login to view URL] contains a special character (ý) that is used to identify a carriage return/line break. Once the import is complete, the data should be properly formatted on screen.

3) 6th line contains the Major Category/Subcategory as found in the [login to view URL] file
4) 7th line blank
5) 8th line contains Brand as found in [login to view URL] followed by sub-category within the brand. This subcategory is not found in any other file.

7) 10th - x lines contain products that belong to the Manufacturer/Subcategory combination (see 8 above. 8) x+1 line blank
9) x+2 cycle in 8 above repeats until next Major Cat/SubCat (see 3 above) starts and cycle repeats again.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
