Database-backed website (with minicourse follow-up)

I am looking for one bid covering: 1. Creation and hosting of a Website 2. A mini-course follow up via email WEBSITE DETAILS: I am in need of a simple (<10 page) website, database backed, broadly contructed as follows: 1. Landing Page - a simple invitation to submit the visitor's email address and name in exchange for a free minicourse - I will provide a Word document of this page to the successful bidder. 2. "Minicourse Edition 1" 3. "Minicourse Edition 2" 4. "Minicourse Edition 3" 5. "Minicourse Edition 4" 6. "Minicourse Edition 5" 7 - 10. "Supplementary Editions" Please note - (1) I do not need a typical "Home Page" and (2) the pages do not need to be "linked". (3) no SEO is required. I will supply the text for each "Minicourse Edition" to the successful bidder. In essence these are simple single pages with text. I can supply an example of a similar site and mini-course representing what I am looking for once I have appointed the successful bidder. I am also looking for the successful bidder to register the domain name and host the site (I will provide the name). MINI-COURSE VIA EMAIL FOLLOW UP: Web visitors leaving their details will need to receive a periodic series of emails delivering (1) the Minicourse and (2) some supplementary emails to complete the course. My intention is to send these emails over a one month period using an autoresponder. I can provide examples of similar email courses to the successful bidder. Please feel free to email me with any questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.4 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) 24 hour unfettered access to the website's database. ## Platform The website needs to be available to all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape. The email follow-ups will be in plain text and so no special platforms/operating environments are needed.
