We have a series of 14 Excell spreadsheets containing contact information that need to be consolidated into a single Access databaseand then loaded into Outlook 2003
The fields in each of the spreadsheets vary but contain some common elements such as name, title, address. In the total the 14 spreadsheets contain 90,858 names, but there is considerable duplication between the lists and size of the final database will be much smaller.
## Deliverables
Here is a design for Access data base. It consists of six tables, one view and one form. Here is the high level design, the more detailed design is attached.

Specifications of the Access database and the tables in the Excell spreadsheet are attached. A good result makes this very likely to be the first phase in an on-going project.
**Deliverables:**
1) The final deliverable is .pst file for loading into Outlook 2003
2) As a staging area, another deliverable is an Access Database in ready-to-run condition. It must:
a) contain data loaded from all 14 Excell speadsheet;
b) The names, addresses, and telephone tables must be unique despite considerable overlap of data among the tables;
c) Data must conform to the normalized design of the database and not be loaded in 14 flat files.
2) Improvements to the database design may be made by the coder subject to approval by the buyer.
3) All data from the Access database must be uploaded into the contacts section of .pst file for loading into Outlook 2003
4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
