Design a business intelligence tool from Excel and/or Sage

We use Sage Line 50 as our operating system and from this we export an Excel spreadsheet which gives us a detailed breakdown of every sale that we make (see attached example A). Our objective is to transpose this information into a series of graphs or charts to make it significantly more meaningful and useful. We require the facility to be able to (at any time) view the following information which needs to be sortable by a range of different filters i.e; alphanumeric, sales value, profit value, number of orders, GP%, etc...: So we need a tool we can attached to/paste into or use with excel data or draw direct from Sage, it will need to include the following items: 1. A bar graph showing client size and distinguishing client category (by colour) into platinum, gold, silver and bronze groups. Group criteria needs to be adjustable by us. Results need to be shown in 3D format (see attached example B) to show annual results. 2. A pie chart showing size of client categories. 3. A bar graph showing product sales and profit, distinguishing product category (by colour) into platinum, gold, silver and bronze groups. Group criteria needs to be adjustable by us. We need to be able to produce this graph using a variety of criteria i.e. showing results using the entire product list, individual product categories or individual products. 4. A bar graph for each customer showing product sales and profit history for every product. Results need to be shown in 3D format (see attached example B) to show annual results. 5. Line graphs showing client performance in relation to targets as a whole, by client category and by individual client. We need to be able to produce these graphs using a variety of criteria i.e. showing results using the entire product list, individual product categories or individual products. 6. Line graphs showing product performance in relation to targets as a whole, by product category and by individual product. We need to be able to produce these graphs using a variety of criteria i.e. showing results using the entire client list, individual client categories or individual clients. 7. A line graph showing total monthly accumulated client orders, sales value, profit value and margin for past 3 years up to present month. We need to be able to produce this graph using a variety of criteria i.e. showing results using the entire client list, individual client categories or individual clients. 8. A line graph showing total monthly accumulated product orders, sales value, profit value and margin for past 3 years up to present month. We need to be able to produce this graph using a variety of criteria i.e. showing results using the entire product list, individual product categories or individual products. 9. All of the above to translate to an easily readable and printable format/layout The successful bidder will: 1. Confirm they understand what is needed and provide screenshots or some example of previous work of this kind. 2. They must also agree to sign a non-disclosure agreement ( we will supply). 3. Suggested first milestone is one of the graphs detailed, (maybe 1/3 of the value) Balance on completion of all graphs. 4. Please ask any relevant questions!
