Design one target/landing page for website

I require a single web page to be designed that will be the target page/ landing page for google advert.? The website is in ASP.net in VB.net and I prefer the design to be based? within a? table structure. The topic of the page is self esteem, and all text will be provided. The page will also be changing to get past visitors back to the page again. The text may vary depending on the day of the month, so that each day some different text may be displayed on the page. Similarly, any pictures on the page may change depending on what day it is. All this I can? handle from the code behind, but I need the basic structure and design to be developed, and this part won't be changing. The website is not online at present, so the page is for development environment only, using visual studio 2005.
