Develop A Web Site

I need you to develop a website simliar in funcionality and layout to this one: (this is how I want the landing pages to be in terms of content and functionality, so that when a user puts their chosen word in the search box, they get the relevant content, as specified below in my specification, <[login to view URL]>[][1] If you can't see the sponsored results at the top middle section, this is beacuse you are being geo-filtered out due to your geographic location. (If this is, I can send you a screenshot of how I see it in the UK). I will provide you with the necessary xml code for this feed. (top middle section - sponsored results) The emphasis is on the various feeds that the site has, I want all these sources to be included on my site: Yahoo answers, Yahoo Web results (as seen on the top right hand side), Wikipedia results, Yahoo paid results results (for which I have a XML feed available), Google images, and all other sources which are on a given landing page on the Toseeka.com. Also, there is a user form at the bottom of the landing page. I want a similar kind of form to be included on my site. I need a user admin panel to be able to control/edit/remove any data that has been uploaded there by users. I would like the presentation layer separated from the data/logic layer, so that in future new sites can be easily developed, using the logic from this site which have a "new look and feel". (I want to avoid spaghetti coding) The "look and feel" and colour scheme must be very similar to that of Google. Feel free to ask any further questions.
