Display options from mdb file and update file

Display options from mdb file and update file with a new table based on user inputs. I have attached a Visual Web Developer Beta program named "EnterCellData" and also a program named "WebCalendar". I would like the coder to finish "EnterCellData" program by showing user on first form in 2 listboxes all of the possible employees (drivers) and all of the possible routes. The current "EnterCellData" program can be run to see what has been done already. If you enter "test" for username or "none" for driver you will see an error message from a sub which shows just how far the code is toward completion. There is a maximum of 200 locations on any route. The "LocDesc" field is only displayed to user and not stored on the new table. On the second form, the "guidecode" field needs to be a listbox and display all possible guide codes. The data from the second form is stored in the mdb file (which I will provide after coding starts). Optionally, there would be a calendar displayed where the date is entered and I have included "WebCalendar" if the coder is able to add a calendar. The "EnterCellData" program would be coded in 2 forms: Developer Beta and VB.net 2003 both web-based. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, 2000, etc.
