auto bids for auction site

System have to be server based- means that I can shut down my computer and bidding still going on in server.....even if have 0 players. "Automated Bidders" have to make bids like this: 80% bids - after Control time ( on my system when counter goes to zero starts Control time ) 20% bids - randomly during the bidding time "Automated bidders" have to make bids like groups ( I may give list of usernames ). 3 different usernames then 3 new different usernames etc. I dont know how you can make that after 3 usernames come 3 new ones.....maybe like that after 20 minutes starts 3 new usernames! I can enter final price when starts playing only 1 username whom won product. I can put this "automated bidder" system work by many different products. ......................... maybe it helps to make this bidding system.....at the moment I have automated bidder system which only works when I put it to on .. its external PmB with questions and ill give you site link.. its a penny auction site

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
