Hello, My website is [login to view URL] . Actually owners can list their properties by paying an annual fee, or for free if i take a commission on each rentals. The problem, is that makes me too much work....So i would like owners receiving the e mials directly from the visitors....But, in order to be sure to receive my commission, i would like the e-mail being anonymous. Then, renter and owner can agree on the terms and amound of the rental. Then, when they agree, I want the owner to send an Invoice to the renter ( completing a form). My commission will be 10% of the total amount of the rent. Then, when the renter pays the commission on my website, he will be able to access the contact details of the owner... I am open to other ideas, but the main idea is too get rid of the job of answering all the e mails....and being sure to receive my commission.
