Complex Mail Merge Letter and Envelope Formula

Hello. Thanks for the help in advance. I have an excel spreadsheet that I will be using for mass mailings to homeowners. The list sometimes contains 2 homeowners. Occasionally the last names will be the same and sometimes not. So I need help with some conditional formatting that calculates whether or not there's a second owner and then the output being either the 1 homeowner or 2 with their full names and then another column with their first names. IT'S PROBABLY BETTER IF I SHOW YOU In the excel spreadsheet I've uploaded you will see this (disregard middle name and suffix) OWN 1 LABEL NAME | OWN 2 LAST NAME | OWN 1 FIRST NAME | OWN 2 LABEL NAME | OWN 2 LAST NAME | OWN 2 FIRST NAME Robert W Hathaway Hathaway Robert James A Cram Cram James Joan M Thomas Thomas Joan Ernest L Sanchez Sanchez Ernest Janet L Schwindt Schwindt Janet Joseph M Schwindt Schwindt Joseph Michael A James James Michael Lydia K James James Lydia Richard L Stanley Stanley Richard Donna M Stanley Stanley Donna You will then see CONDITIONED FULL NAME and CONDITIONED FIRST NAMES columns. I want the formula to make the names appear like this: CONDITIONED FULL NAME CONDITIONED FIRST NAME Robert Hathaway Robert James Cram and Joan Thomas James and Joan Ernest Sanchez Ernest Janet and Joseph Schwindt Janet and Joseph Michael and Lydia James Michael and Lydia Richard and Donna Stanley Richard and Donna I hope this makes sense.
