We need a demo(probably a flash demo but we are open for other suggestions) that can be integrated in our site.
The demo should illustrate the work of our pdf [url removed, login to view] version of the program is in the attachment. It will be added in the site and probably in the help file. The use of the software id described in detail in the help files. Breifly - the program can create pdf files from other documents - from within other applications for example from office word; from the program own interface; and from windows explorer context menu. The program also convert from pdf to other formats. we intend to use text messages instead of narration but of course we want to have the sources so we may add narration in the future. please tell us what platform will be used. do you suggest any play, stop, forward etc options; how it can be integrated in the site; shall it need time to load or will start instantly?, how the text/explanations will be displayed, how long/how many animations you expect to be included in the demo when calculating your bid.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
