BIG WEBSITE NEEDS WORK

Ok, Ive got a big website up. Well its on its way to being even bigger than it is BUT to make the website better I would like to add more services to the website. Here are some examples. New professional website look (I want to keep all current site info, databases etc) Video service e.g. users can watch video on demand. Games Webcam to webcam New Chatrooms More features added to forum News section Site security and also SSH (https) Basiacally I want to improve the site in many different ways. I also need to have everything re-copywritten again. Im looking for: .Professional who knows what they are doing and can prove it. .By the PC most of the time .Available 8-9 hours a day .MSN &/or Yahoo messenger, with quick responses to questions .Sever experience as you will be working from my server .Willing to work WITH me and not disappear offline for days You must be willing to use escrow to deal with the payment for this project meaning we can both trust each other. You must not be working on any other projects as I need full dedicated to my project and my project only You will be working on MY server on a copy of the website. You will need to give me info on re-copyrighting my site as my accountant who help me copyright the site the 1st time isnt around until march. PHP, CODING, WEBDESIGN, GRAPHICS, VIDEO STREAMING, AUDIO STREAMING and MUCH MORE. We will have to take atleast 1hour and write up a full doc on what is to be done to the site, with spaces for more stuff to be added on as we go along. I will ignore any kind of offers, so if your going to make requests for more money then forget it, please dont even attempt to take me for a fool as I am FAR FAR from that.
