New Business looking for a high impact web site that offers comprehensive secretarial, administration and marketing support using cutting edge technology.
Client need to feel the confidence in giving us their business. The secretrial team will be 10 strong, so an image of experienced and happy smiling personal would be needed. A Picture of the office accommodation can be supplied.
Site needs a feedback form with the customer giving some basic details for us to capture their potential value. Eg Name, point of contact, e-mail address, nature of business, type of enquiry,
Flash designed with many changing pictures representing the spectrum of working people. Eg plumbers, accountants, directors, partners, busy sales executives. Fly in banners that offer simple statements of the type of work done. We will free them from the none essential tasks giving an efficient and professional service.
We need a quality site that gives the impression of calm assured support from staff with expereince of supporting and developing their busines needs. We will look after their business.

The company will probably be called Business support and Development(BSD) and will require a logo that gives the impression of care and growth.
We are after a quality product and would expect any coder to give references to serveral sites with similar grad appeal.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

The site will be place on the oneanone web services in the UK. It needs to be developed in Dream Weaver/FrontPage
