I need somebody that is strong in Photoshop to add some style to the navigation bar and side panels. Site has to be easily updateable for the client using CMS. It must be tabless, I want this designed in Photoshop and then converted, so you must be strong in designing for CMS. I also need to work with somebody that is accessible by yahoo msg and email, I will be on the road the next month and have to complete this project for my client. I will provide design samples to the small changes I need on the site once you have been chosen. And I will need at least 2 sample layouts for my client at the beginning of the project.
