Simple HTML is the best for web marketing, Joomla is ok if all links are codded to the site marketing strategy. I am a web marketer and like to see very good link naming and as little non since code applied to the site I design and market. If this one works out I have many more site to do. I am looking for a coder with talent in design of templte layout but likes the team apraoch to a designer and a marketing persons needs. The success of my clients andd the #’s I can generate from the web is how I increase work for me and my contract designers andd coders. This is a long tern deal, all updates get given to the coder that developes the site unless vaccations etc get in the way. Discription of Project: A bike Festival portal that displays information and collects applications from clients. Art work: completed ready for cut-up I have a designer that will help anyway possible for any art work needed. Mockups of each section and text content as well photos for the pages will be furnished. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
