Convert PSD Design to Website with Admin Panel

I have awarded many projects on RAC and am now in need of an experienced coder. I currently have 4 projects that I need done during the next 4 weeks and I would like to establish a good working relationship with 1 coder? for future projects. I usually complete my own design template? in psd and need a coder to come in and create rollover, add text, create admin panel, create user logged in? section, etc. My requirements: • 10 or more projects on RAC • Must show portfolio (no attachments or multiple links) • Must have 9.79 or higher to be considered • Must give me access to a live Admin Panel or provide exact samples I will not respond to coders that dont meet these requirements and I wont respond to coders that send me a generic message (response).
