Refer to [login to view URL] Total pages - Up to 13 pages ( main 7 pages + up to 5 pop ups ie including 1 map, & up to 4 pop up letters ) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Terms You are required to design 2 mock-ups in jpeg format to suit the layout suggested in 7 business days, upon completion & acceptance by my client. (normally needs 7 days for review by my client), 15% deposit of the total agreed cost will be released. Upon completion of the designs with live navigation, flash animations and product images being uploaded, another 50% will be released. Balance 35% upon fully completion, after all amendments have been done, files & source codes been email to me & the web accepted by my client. Focus of design - emphasize more on Engineering type web format. Corporate colour is more towords blue & red colour. Total development cost - US90 PS: No database system is require.
