Database /web development with SMS service.

Develop a **web database** that interfaces with a **SMS gateway** for Mobile 365 technology. Coders should have good all round web skills and experience of SMS. **Required: - Content Management System - Website (graphic concept is already designed) - Database - SMS Gateway ** Please see attached for more details before bidding. **Please bid with examples of similar work, description of what you propose & price.** ## Deliverables Due to client confidentiality I cannot disclose specifics on this project, however the winning bidder will be provided with design concept, company overview and mobile 365 specifics as well as all info required to upload the completed work. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) I will own all rights to the completed work. You may NOT distribute them in any way upon delivery. 4)For confidentiality reasons, the successful bidder is not allowed to communicate this project to unrelated parties without my express written consent. 5) The agreed upon fees for this project will be the only compensation due for completion of the work. 6) While I am very easy to please, unlimited revisions will be expected until I am completely satisfied with the completed project. 7) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
