Dentist Website

I am a web developer looking to outsource some work. I am looking to form an ongoing relationship with a developer. This is my first bid so I don't know too much about it. Right now I have a client who is a cosmetic dentist I want to make a site very similar to: <[login to view URL]> the office tour can be a bit simpler, but the rest of the site is pretty much as I want it. I will supply the basic graphics and layout I will supply all photographs you will use that as a template and build the rest of the site I would like to be able to update the text on the site myself or let the client do so after the job is done. Please let me know how much this would cost and how long it would take to complete. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) complete website all forms and flash and buttons working all graphics exactly conforming to supplied template spelling of all words correct 5) I and my client must be able to update all text on the site.
