Turn a 2D logo into a 3D logo. 2D logo attached.

Transparent and maybe animated.

Here are some ideas as to how I think it should look.

Wire frame of globe and stars above should be shiny gold.

Wire frame of globe spacing should be about the same as 2D picture or whatever looks the best.

Logo font is arial and should be all uppercase.

Font color is teal.

Logo lettering can be just one line or two.

Main 3D lighting could be from the lower left.

Main 3D view might also facing slightly left.

This logo will be placed in the header area to the right on the fan girl. The size of this area is 280 pixels wide by 229 pixels in height.

I am also thinking about NOT animating this logo but transparency is a must!

I would require a copy of all files including all graphic files and any 3D format files you may produce in the process of making this logo.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
