Design A Website

I'd like to design a wiki web site about tourism, it provides everything to tourist all over the world. I need the site to be built based on the CMS using Joomla, and I know how to do it but always I said let the professional do it for you. Most of the content of the site will be entered by the the visitors and the partners (Sponsors) also, I want to add the Google Ads and other Ads provider on my web site. The site will have the following: 1- Forums (build it using (Bulletin Board) to be the same as [login to view URL] forum (every country has it is own forum. 2- News Letters 3- Blogs 4- Calender for the importnat events, ... etc 5- Web Analytics, which will be appear only to me, to track web site visitors and their behavior. 6- User Contributions: *Partner section of my web site where partners can manage their own profile and add their own references. Also I want to mange the partners so they can pay for me when they want to add contents to promote their sites, business, .... etc *Other visitors can and add the content they would like. 7- Photo Galery 8- Goolge Maps, so the tourist can see the city he'd like to visit on the map. 9- To make some thing called "TripList" or "VisitList", so the toursit can write what they have visited or seen in their trips. Remember the site is based on the CMS, most of the work is using wizards, little programming, excellent graphic and flash design.
