automate flash pop-up

Please check attached file [login to view URL] - roll over on the first label "kona". See the pop up - that is what you will work on. Right now it's just a tween and i'm having issues with it (it's going behind other labels and inherits the opacity of the label) What i want in the action script: take pop-up background image "[login to view URL]", scale it from 0 to 100% and make alpha go from 0 to 100%. take text ("sample Text" - will be unique for each label) and give me ability to edit the words through action script, specify it's size and color. Make sure the background and text scales simultaneously. I want the action to be either on the label itself (inside movie clip "all") or on the frame in it (you'll see i have if statements for each label on the frame action) I need this urgently. ## Deliverables when you bid, tell me your plan for the code. Also let me know the time estimated to make this.
