What I need or require: We need a website designed for our mortgage business. This is a cutting edge mortgage company with a new business model. The site should contain basic information about us, a rate selection wizard, good faith estimate and status database. What I already have versus what the provider will build: This is a new site, however we're using a 3rd party back end software provider for the current database, loan application and status screens. We need the look and feel re-designed, including a new logo and colors for the business. We already have all the copy-writing for the site done. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: We want a conservative, yet proactive look that will appeal to our customers who are dealing with their confidential financial information. It needs to be very simple and easy to use. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience designing mortgage websites or can learn quickly. Timeframe for delivery: We need to have this up and running within 3 weeks. The backend is operational so initially we need a rate selection wizard, a good faith estimate and graphics design. We would like to work with you for 6-12 months constantly changing the site so it becomes standalone and remains cutting edge.
