We need a lead generator landing page. We currently use a model but we can explore making it better with your ideas. The site is one page with a form and an additional privacy policy page. The form is always visible while the content is scrollable. We have many sites and if this one goes well we may ask you to develop another immediately afterward. The first payment will be made after you are 50% complete. The second and final payment per project will be made upon completion; when the site is live and it is 100% ready to accept new visitors. We will not require a database yet, but this can lead to a future discussion as we will need one later (SQL). Please provide at least 3 samples that you have done. Wordpress is a plus. We are very easy to work with but do expect excellent work and regular communication at every phase. Thank you!
