Hello. I am a talented Web & Mobile developer. And also i've ever developed PDF converter program, so i have rich experience in processing PDF. I think there will be no problem to upload pdf file. The problem is how to copy images & texts from pdf and reprint it to pdf. My suggestion is like this: Use can download pdf from the server url and convert it to word(or some other format). Then he/she can edit it. After that user can print it to pdf & upload to server again. If i misunderstood your project, please let me know. I hope to discuss more detail with you. Thanks.
