Copy existing website into new templatte

Hello
We have an existing simple HTML website: [url removed, login to view]
It is looking tired. I have purchased a new template: [url removed, login to view]
I need someone to build a copy of our existing site by customising the new template.
All webpages in the new site must have the same name.
There are approximately 20 pages that need to be created and connected to their correct menu item.
All text must be the same as the existing site..
Images in the template must be customised to use our images.
When finished, new site must be sent to me in a ZIP file.
I will upload it to our webhost myself.
