Create WP Blog. (unique)

Looking for coder to create a unique SEO wordpress blog using the latest blog for my carpet cleaning business. 1: I am looking for a unique clean code that will be fun and attractive to clients. The goal is to create a blog that will attract traffic into the blog. 2: I will need a good blog design which in return maybe used as a site design later on, so coder will need to create good header, logo, etc for the blog as they maybe used for the website. 3: I am looking for the blog to have as much SEO as humanly possible - it is important for the blog to reach its full potential traffic with search engines, along with SEO mod enabled. 4: Install Widgets & Tag Cloud 5: [login to view URL] - I would like this added in the best way possible for users to do their bookmarking. 6: need tracking code on blog home page to track visitors, maybe google tracking also. Design is very important.
