Custom Wordpress Website

Description I need to create an online learning platform, I'm looking at [login to view URL] and I want to have a wordpress website built that looks exactly like that one. Same Menus, functionalities, look, etc. The only different thing I'd like is that the front page would be much shorter, just the first section of their homepage, move the Join box to the left of the screen and create another box to the right, where there is a dropbox where you can select different Class Subjects (Math, Language, Literature, etc), then when you select one a list of teachers that teach that subject will display underneath the drop down, with some basic information about that teacher, like Name, city, hourly rate, etc and you can click on the name of one of the teachers and then it takes you to the page where you have a description of the class that that teacher offer. The rest would be just like they have it on [login to view URL]
