Developer needed

I need a website improvement. [login to view URL] is a site I did about two years ago, it does not work and looks horrible. The designer did a horrible job. Basically, I want the site to work perfectly, and allow people to upload videos of things for sale broken down my catagory. I want the site to kind of have the feel and look of [login to view URL] Someone needs to copy what I have, make it easy to upload videos, and create user pages, and make it easy for users to email each other within the site which then send out an email to the user. Allow users to follow a prescript to post items up for sale, then load the video of the item that is up for sale. I want someone I can work with that will make changes without charging the "extra". I have used Indian workers in the past, but sometimes the "text" on the website while it is in English, is not spelled correctly and or makes grammical sense. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
