celtic themed wordpress site - and festival poster

We are seeking someone to design 2 items as a pair: 1 x 11" x 17" promotional poster for a local celtic festival 1 x wordpress based website - 7 pages total - content and photos provided. -> 2 UNIQUE initial concepts for wordpress site must be presented within 24 hours -> 2 additional unique concepts must be presented for the poster - vector not neccessary -> examples will be shown for posters, client has a really clear idea -> full content must be implemented by the freelancer - provided by our client -> unlimited revisions to chosen concept, client isn't picky, this should be painless -> white-label - cannot use in portfolio -> wordpress site must include contact form, link to ticketing agent (no actual ecommerce on site), newsletter and photo galleries -> BONUS: responsive design - NOT MANDATORY Maximum 50% milestone and no funds will be released until project is completed. Client is in a rush to get site online, and has tight deadlines so this project should progress smoothly. Please send PMB with previous wordpress sites, preferably something with a Celtic theme.
