I would like to convert my website to a friendly and attractive mobile site. My website is a GSM mobile unlocking website. Looking something similar with the picture i attached, but must look better than file attached. All changes only done by using CSS and HTML. Nothing will be dealt with php files. Note: if you are thinking to bid beyond the project budget, please don't bid. I said don't bid because you are going to waist your time. Please only serious bidder.
