C2C website like Coachup.com

Hi, I am looking for someone to produce a 2c2 website similar to coachup.com. I want the system to work like [login to view URL] Where people can register as regular user or coach. Courses can be uploaded by coach, where regular user can search it. After regular user book the course, coach will get the message and set up a training with user. User pay to our platform for the course, and we will not transfer the money to coach until user are satisfied with the the course. I will need all the functions found in [login to view URL] If I choose you or your team, you should not give an excuse that you did not know [login to view URL] had this function. Special requirement: I will need escrow service. Payment terms: the chosen freelancer will receive 5% upfront After they come up with the technicial plan and timeline of how the whole project will be going, the next 5 % will be given. When the site is completed, (not live yet), I will pay another 10%. After uploading to my live system, the rest of the 80% will then be paid out.
