Create a Drupal Theme/Template (from PSD)

I have a pre-designed Drupal theme (as PSD) that I would like converted into a Drupal template. The template contains the following features: - 1 home page (with slideshows) - 1 store page (with sidebar) - 1 other page (same as above, but no sidebar) Drupal Commerce will be used, and I will be establishing the Drupal setup. Your predominant job would be to write the template files and CSS files necessary to convert the Base Drupal 7 Theme (with functionality I'll incorporate), into a Drupal template with a custom design. I have attached two mock designs, subject to minor changes (but nothing too major) prior to development. This can be used as a rough guide as a means of generating a quote for the project. Time is critical - This must be developed within 1 (one) work week. Please note that I am looking for someone to develop (for Drupal) on a regular basis, so effort to detail should not go unrewarded!
