Create a Wordpress Template

Please read the whole post. We require the following tasks: 1. Slice a responsive Wordpress template from PSD. We provide PSD files for the main page as well as single post template. 2. Create or modify a plugin that will let us clone our theme to a "new" theme from within WP admin. We should then be able change the header image, background colors and images, menu text etc in the new theme. 3. Install the theme into an existing WP install that is behind a password protected paywall. 4. The theme must work with YARPP related posts plugin, Jonradio multiple themes plugin (so we can use themes depending on category), as well as the WP Post rating plugin. 5. Note that the WP install has some customizations for additional fields for meta info in posts, 6. Note that the WP install uses few plugins for "behind the scenes" administrative functions that do not directly impact the theme. For example, the Absolute Relative Links plugin, and some scheduling plugins 7. Your code must pass the W3C validator test without errors or warnings. It should display properly on any device and browser we test, including laptops, Ipads, Android tablets, phones, etc. 8.
