Modifications to a Wordpress Site

We have a wordpress site that is using an events plugin and we want it to work with and html/css corkboard we designed (it has all the pins and sticky notes), what we need is to whatever event we post on the events project on the dashboard to appear listed on the corkboard sticky notes.
The site is for a pre school academy; This corkboard is for us to post events they'll have per month, the corkboard has 4 rows with 5 sticky notes each due to the reason that each row is a week of the month. We need it to display the title of the event we posts and if the person click on the event it will take them to the post.
