Backlink, PR, Yahoo & DMOZ directory, and Alexa checker script

I'm looking for a script that is able to check for backlinks from Google, Yahoo, and MSN. This script should also check for PR, Alexa ranking, and whether or not a website is listed in the Yahoo Directory or the DMOZ Directory. This script would also have to be able to check this for several domain names at once, and be able to sort them by various ranks (like PR, backlinks, etc.). This script can be web-based or be an application. However, I want it to be "legal" in that it follows the term of service and so forth. This might result in the coder having to use API's for some of the tools here. It would be great to have an experienced programmer who has dealt with such tools in the past, but I'd also be willing to hire someone who hasn't done this yet but still believes that they have the right knowledge to do so. If this was web-based, it would be for a membership site. If it was an application, it would be sold commercially. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
