Counselling Website

Okay, I am looking for a site design.

It is to be a Counselling site, where people go to get online

counselling from a qualified counsellor/psychologist.

We have looked over a heap of sites, but really like the layout of this

one:

Something similar would be good (but not plagiarised).

It would need the following buttons:

Home

How It Works

About Your Counsellor

Fees

Terms of Service

Contact

Also would need a log in/log out section so that they can log in and once

in be able to:

Book A Session - and see a calender with available appointments

My Sessions - where they can see their current sessions already booked for

a reminder

It would be nice in different shades of blue & pink, something fairly calming.

Also a privacy policy link too

At this stage we have no name but client is currently trying to think of one, will let you know when we do.

The site mentioned above is to get a rough idea. If you wish you can get

ideas from other sites too.

Live Support and 2checkout payment system will have to be implemented aswell

(Livesupport is a Fantastico Feature on the webhost)

We will provide further details, however we would like for everything to be implemented including a banner.

Later we will provide the name of the site.

If All bidders can please provide a template asap, it would be much appreciated as its easier to choose.

Also I wish to accept this project and have it completed by the 23rd of November 2005.

Its limited time, but we dont want anything WAY too flashy, just professional.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
