Change Java Jasper Datasource To Xml

This is pretty easy for an experience java programmer. I have open source report writer installed on my website. The name of the software is iReport. It can be found at the below website: <[login to view URL]> I have a report that takes about 12 fields from a servlet. It then passes the fields to iReports and creates a report. The report shows a picture and some text below it The report is already working. It takes xml as it's datasource using the below line: JRXmlDataSource ds = new JRXmlDataSource(new ByteArrayInputStream([login to view URL]()), "/Goals"); Now I've discovered some of the data in the xml has invalid chars. So I'm changing all the xml data to use cdata. So instead of <goals><item1>Some data</item1><goals> It will be <goals><item1><![CDATA[Some data]]></item1><goals> I need you to make the appropiate change so the report takes the new xml format.
