CreLoaded Cosmetic and Features needed

Looking for OScommerce/CREloaded and PHP programmer cum designer who has experience in working with OScommerce shopping carts. Requirements: - Have worked on OScommerce projects before - Able to meet datelines given and work on tight schedule - At least have good PHP background Project: Project Overview: Our site has been running for almost 2 years. We are looking for a cosmetic change in our Creloaded 6.2 design to give customer a fresh look. A .psd screenshot of exactly what we want has been created, you just have to design according to it. Environment you use must be SQL4 and PHP5. Cosmetic design includes: - Allowing customers to select custom quantities - Having a custom HTML banner for each sub-category - Rearranging the display of [login to view URL] to be more informative to customer - Reduce checkout steps to 2 steps - Apply loading icon where appropriate (eg. Registration page, Login page, custom product quantity calculation page, and some other pages that requires submitting) Backend admin features includes: . Integreted discount system for VIP membership - Allow HTML when adding product name - one-click change of price for all products at one go Delivery Time: This project is due within 20 days from the time of confirmation. Design should be ready by Day 15 for first review and slight fine tuning.
