Dating Site New Look

I currently have a dating/friends site. The site is <[login to view URL]>. The site has about 700 users and need a revamp of the site. I can hand over all code and the database upon agreement of terms. I want the same features just streamlined. Must also have an admin area with admin options such as mass messaging and other site maintenance. Serious bidders should sign up for the site and look around the site. Must have user security. I want to add a few new features as well. I want an overall new look. Something more modern and more professional looking. I don't want something that looks like a template so most content management systems are out unless they are custom created. The original site intent was to combine features from hot or not, [login to view URL], and MySpace. ## Deliverables Full list of upgrades will be delivered upon agreement. Would prefer the site within 30 days because it shouldnt be that hard. The site will be reviewed after it is delivered. I don't have root access to the web server so it must be usable with default FreeBSD servers running MySQL and Apache with PHP 5. Site must be search engine optimized to increase traffic. After site is delivered and reviewed and no further upgrades are needed, the money will be released. Site must be in 100% working order before funds are released. ## Platform Must run on FreeBSD4.7 with MySQL 3.23 with Apache and PHP5. I do not have root on server so I cant install any applications.
