Design and implement a Genetic Algorithm programme in java and use it to compare and contrast the performance of two genetic algorithm approach to the following problem. Minimize the following function:
F(xi) = 100(x12 ??" x2)2 + (1 ??" x1)2
Where xi can take the values in the range ??"2.048 to +2.048
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4)Sample results listing from both approaches
5)A document describing in detail, the approach taken and the results obtained. In addition, the document should explain how the program was tested, the representation used for the chromosome and the termination criteria used.
